If you are in the middle of your workout and you need something to help you to finish that repetition or just to go an extra ten minutes then here are few tips you can use. The first thing I would do is find that song on your MP3 that just gets you excited and pumped and just keep repeating it. If you are having a challenging time getting that weight up, then find someone in the gym to spot you a few sets, this can totally help because now you have someone pushing you to get that extra few repetitions. The last suggestion is to envision what you want to look like and find that person in the gym. Keep that in your mind when you are lifting or getting through that cardio workout.
