Measurements: Monday August 2nd, 2010Weight: 155.6 lbs  (a loss of 5.7 lbs)Waist: 32.25 inches ( a loss of .75 inches)Body Fat Percentage: 12.0% (a loss of 1.5%)Body Mass Index (BMI) =  22.9 (a loss of .9)Food For Monday:5:45am - 1 Banana w/Water6:15am - 2 Cups of Coffee w/splenda (1 packet total) & and water7:30am - 3 Heaping TBSP of Greek Yogurt, 12 Raw Almonds, 2 Strawberries & handful of blueberries9:15am - 1/2 bowl of Brown Rice, Mixed Vegetables, Egg Whites (Hard Boiled Egg)9:30am- 1 cup of coffee w/splenda (1/2 packet)11:00am - 1/2 bowl of Brown Rice, Mixed Vegetables, Egg Whites & 4 cubes of chicken breast (spicy rub) & a glass of water when I was finished11:30am - Small nap!1:45pm - Green Apple & 1 Egg White (Hardboiled egg/no yolk)4:00pm - 3 Heaping TBSP of Greek Yogurt, 12 Raw Almonds, 2 Strawberries & handful of blueberries5:30pm - 1/4 bowl of bowl of Brown Rice, Mixed Vegetables, Egg Whites (Hard Boiled Egg)8:00pm - 1 Small Plate of Mixed (Ground Turkey, Brown Rice, Mixed Vegetables & Egg Whites1 Brown Rice Tortilla (Wheat & Gluten Free)9:00pm - Small bowl of Watermelon, Strawberries, Blueberries and a small amount of raw almonds10:15pm - Worked out for 45 minutes straight11:30pm - BedFood for Tuesday August3rd, 20106:00am - Banana & Water7:00am - 2 Cups of Coffee w/splenda7:30am - 3/4 Bowl of Brown Rice, Ground Turkey, Mixed Vegetables & Egg Whites (Tapatio Added)9:50am - 1 Green Apple & 2 Egg Whites (Hard Boiled Egg White Portion) & Water12:15pm - 3 Heaping TBSP of Greek Yogurt, 12 Raw Almonds, 2 Strawberries & handful of blueberries & Water2:15pm - Wahoo's Restaurant - Charbroiled Fish, Little Bit of Brown Rice, Vegetables, Black Beans & Salsa w/Water4:00pm - Watermelon Sliced (1 Slice) & Water5:30pm - Banana w/glass of water7:15pm - 1/2 slice of Watermelon w/almonds & Water8:45pm - Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, Avacado Slices, Salad w/small amount of ranch dressing & Water9:45pm - Small amount of Greek Yogurt, 5 Almonds, 6 small pieces of watermelonNOTE: this is my food plan and please consult your physician before embarking on such a goal.
