Portland Personal Training | You Need To Work Out, But You Are Tired!
This is something that we all go through and a lot of us have good intentions, but we just don't go through with it. We have all said we were going to the gym before or after work and then, we do not go! We have all said that we are going to hire a personal trainer or enroll in some boot camp class, but we just never pulled the trigger and made the commitment to sign up. But the most common one is just being too tired from work, family, traveling, etc. The secret is that you just need to start, no matter how tired you may be, because you will feel better, your energy will increase in the long run and you will function a lot smoother. It is just like starting a new job or anything, the initial phase is always challenging. The first two weeks are going to suck in laymen's terms, but after that, it is all uphill. Yes, you will become sore, but you will learn to love that feeling. There will be days that you will still be dragging, but most days are going to be full of energy and you are going to feel great. If you are really up for the challenge, find a workout partner who will help with you being accountable. Sometimes I will sign up for group fitness classes because it breaks up the monotony of just training by myself. There have also been days where I hired a personal trainer just to learn one new thing that I can incorporate into my own existing exercise plan. All of these things you need to do even when you are tired. All of us get tired, but the ones that keep pushing through, go to the gym, meet with their fitness trainer or go to an exercise class will end up being happy, sleeper deeper and will just overall feel better. Thanks,Kisar DhillonThe Art of Personal Training by Kisar Dhillon107 SE Washington Street, Suite 137Portland, Oregon 97214(503) 953-0241
