For pasta lovers out there, we could pretty much eat it for the rest of our days and be content and happy. Chances are also high that the pasta we are consuming is regular, refined pasta. While it might look and taste great, we are getting seriously gypped on nutritional value. No need to panic, carb lovers. While whole grain pasta might provide a chewier counterpart and taste a little different, is satisfies our nutritional needs while also satisfying us.
