Portland Personal Trainer | Staying Motivated In Portland | Getting Results

The weather is changing in Portland, Oregon and we can see that with the clouds, gray skies and that crazy rain last night! So what does this mean? This means that us Portlandians are not going to want to exercise outside, which means less biking, less running, less hiking and even walking. How does one stay motivated? ¬†Just because the weather changes does not mean that one needs to stop staying fit. We know that the weather can get to individuals, but it is all about having the mindset to push through. Even though we are a Portland personal trainer studio, we have have a lot of new clients that come in for this specific reason. Motivation is the key, but also frequency and consistency will keep you fit or get you to that next level. The last thing someone wants to do is lose all of the positive gains that they have achieved over a little bit of rain. It is all relative, we could be living in Buffalo New York where the snow and cold is just insane. Stay motivated, keep active regardless of the weather, and if you need a professional, then seek one out. The Art of Personal Training by Kisar Dhillon107 SE Washington Street, Suite 137Portland, Oregon 97214(503) 953-0241¬†
