Portland Personal Trainer | Staying Fit for Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and we all know this is always a time for great food. A great way to start Thanksgiving day off is by planning an activity. A lot of cities have Turkey Trots, but if you are not into running, maybe  a nice hike that will get that heart elevated may be the way to go. Another quick tip is that most of the big box gyms will be open half day; probably from 8am-1pm, so take advantage of that if your personal trainer or private studio is closed for that.  I want you to enjoy all the food and festivities on this great day, but I also want you to enjoy it without feeling you are practicing gluttony.
