If you are confused on what to workout throughout the week or even the month, plan your workouts in advance. This will not only allow you to structure your workout in your mind before you go to the gym, but you will be amazed how much efficient you will be with your exercise.  I would recommend making a workout chart in excel or downloading a phone app that you can carry around the gym so you can stay on track.Efficiency is what you are aiming for, so as soon as you are great at timing your workouts, rest periods, and are getting results, there is no reason why you cannot get an awesome workout between 45 and 60 minutes. A lot of individuals waste time in the gym, talk too much or are there just to be seen.
