Portland Personal Trainer | Kisar's post workout synopsis!

Today I did 40 minutes on the Nautilus Stair Climber (Brutal), shoulders (timed) and stretched.During my entire workout, I drank 1 liter of water and immediately afterwards I had a balance bar. Do really wind down I went into the sauna for 10 minutes to decompress from the workout and then went home.I will be posting on YouTube tonight my mid-day meal that you can also eat as a post workout meal (has good carbs, veges, protein & healthy fat). It is a meal that was made with all Trader Joe's products.Thanks,Kisar
