Portland Personal Trainer | How to keep the pounds off

If you have just reached your goal weight or you got down to the percent body fat, then you do not want to lose it once you achieved it. So many individuals will reach their goal and then just go off the wagon and totally ruin their results. The most challenging part is getting there and the easy part is maintaining it. If you do decide to go on a vacation and eat everything in sight, that is okay, but you should already know what you need to do to maintain. If you are going to do that on vacation, then you need to do some activity while you are there. You may want to to make your vacation an active vacation or go on excursions that are going to make you burn calories, but have fun too. You have to keep being active and stick to your food plan as much as you can.
