A lot of individuals stay away from Carb's, but they are our main energy source, and we need them.  Here is a quick formula to see how much you should be ingesting:3 to 5 grams of carbohydrate per pound of body weightEG) If you weigh 160 lbs  = 480 to 800 grams of carbohydrates per day (multiply weight by 3 or 5)If you weight 135lbs x 5 = 405  to 675 grams of carbohydrates per day (multiply weight by 3 or 5)Thanks,Kisar
