Portland Personal Trainer: Hood to Coast Relay Race 2012

Hood to Coast 2012 was here this weekend and I have to say, It Was An Amazing Experience. I was with the Hood to Coast Team, Partner Stretching and it was a total blast. I was in van 1 and I was responsible for Leg 5, 17 & 29 and it was a great sweat, which means I will definitely do it again next year if I am given the opportunity. Being a professional Portland personal trainer really gave me that extra motivation to complete every leg because if my profession is to motivate and get my clients to reach their fitness goals, then I need to be able to back it up. If I just say and not do, then how can my client's take me serious.
