When you are running in the cold, there are some necessities that you must have and here are a list:1. Running or Hiking Gloves2. Beanie - has to breathable3. Sweat Wicking Material Clothing - have it as your layer touching your skin. You can layer down to this.4.  Socks - a sock that will allow your feet to breath and stay warm - need to experiment (Wool, Bamboo)5. Sleeves - Sleeves for your forearms and legs if your running or hiking. Sometimes, compressor sleeves can serve as this too when you are doing endurance races, etc.Thanks,Kisar
