The question is, how much fat do you need on a daily basis? Your diet should consist of 20% fat on a daily basis. Most of the time when you look at someones food intake they have a high fat, high carbohydrate and moderate protein intake. If we can get the fat percentage down to 20% it will eliminate a lot of the poor food choices that a lot of individuals make on a daily basis.Thanks,Kisar
