Here is a quick healthy lunch that is quick to make: Brown Rice and Lentil soup. If you want to make a quick lunch that has carbohydrates, protein, fiber and just enough fat, try this quick meal. If you shop at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods or New Seasons, find the brown rice that you can microwave. It will take 3 minutes to heat up one packet. At the same time you can heat up the lentil soup in a pot on the stove or you can microwave it for 1.45minutes. Technically, you can have lunch ready in less than 10-minutes and it is healthy, tasty and good for you.
