If you are looking for a house chore to burn calories, then you should clean the floors. I am not just talking about solely vacuuming, I am talking about a three step process that will make you move for over an hour, and at the end you will have done a great workout and have a clean floors. Here is the process: You want to vacuum your entire house, including the hard floors (floors setting), use a dry swiffer to pick up any residual dust or particles that the vacuum did not pick up, and then use the wet swiffer to shine and make those floors nice. This includes all the bathrooms too. If you have a large home, this is will be an extra bonus workout. Have fun, burn some calories, and get your cleaning on.
