Portland Fitness| Staying Fit During the Holidays!
It is that time of the year in Portland, Oregon and we need to keep our fitness levels up. This is a time of the year when we have a lot of temptation coming from all different directions and we need to practice Will-Power. It is okay to indulge a little bit, but just don't stop everything and use the same old excuse, "I will start back up in January". You are giving yourself the highest probability of gaining at least 10 to 15 pounds of weight during that time, and it will be very challenging to take it off, especially when it can be prevented.
