Portland Fitness| Fitness before the Holiday Parties

Just because it is the Holiday's, you still need to keep on moving. One great way to keep the body in motion is to sign up for small fun events such as Santa Runs (5K) or even group events that could involve local hikes before going to holiday parties. You can still enjoy the festivities, just plan to get some exercise and fitness in before going to those parties.
