Portland Fitness & Exercise | Ways to save Money with Personal Training

Whenever you join a personal training gym or private club, personal training is one of those things that is a luxury expense. Personal training is relative when it comes to the cost, and we can say that it is one of the best ways to help you reach your health & fitness goals a lot quicker. If cost is something that you are worried about, but you want to work with a professional trainer, then I recommend semi-private or small group personal training. By participating in either of these types of training you still get the advantage of working with a personal trainer, but the cost is significantly less. In addition, the cost is now shared amongst the group, versus paying the entire amount for a private session. I would not recommend getting a group larger than 4 people because you don’t want the trainer to be spread too thin, and you want the personal attention that you are paying for.
