Portland Fitness | Cardio Alone | Won't Get You In Shape

If you are a cardio queen or king, just doing cardio alone won't get you in shape. Yes, it will get you to lose weight, but when you accomplish that, then what are you supposed to do with all that loose skin. If you want to do it right, you might as well do it right the first time around. Getting in shape requires: eating right, doing cardiorespiratory & resistance exercises, and an overall plan to get you from point A to point B. There is no one stop shop or one routine that will get you to that goal. It requires a program that can be manipulated, designed and implemented for your specific goal. Doing cardio alone is just one of the components you will need. If you want the entire package, hire a personal trainer or fitness expert to help you do that.
