Just because you workout everyday or most days of the week, one of the main things you need to learn how to do is rest. Rest is one of the key secrets to any successful fitness training program. As a personal trainer, yes, we want to see a lot of clients every week, but we also want our clients to be healthy and have enough time to recover. Clients, individuals and all fitness enthusiasts need to let their bodies rest every few days in order for muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and the mind to recover and get stronger.Remember, you don't grow or achieve results in the gym, you achieve them outside and rest is an important component in making that happen.
