Personal Training Portland Oregon | If you are sick | Don't workout

If you are sick or under the weather, then you need to rest. You body is already broken down and is not feeling good. The fever that you have is a response that the body uses when it needs to deal with whatever virus or foreign body  is not making you feel good. You do not want to intensify or increase your body core temperature when it is already working to deal with what ever cold or virus you may have. You want to rest and listen to your doctor's orders. It is better to rest, get better and then start back up when your body is back to its normal state. So the point I am making; do not workout when you are sick, get some rest!Thanks,Kisar S.
