Portland Pesonal Training: Bringing It Indoors-TRX Chest & Triceps Workout

We all know it is getting colder outside which means that our Portland personal training studio is working hard to provide you with some great videos to help you out during that time. Working outside in the awesome parks and trails is going to slow down quite considerably. This is also true for all of those great workouts we can get on the monkey and pull up bars in the parks. In addition, those team building ropes exercises and mud runs are always offered during the peak summer time weather, so we needed to come up with some other activities and exercises that you could do.We can still benefit from these exercises and that is why suspension training is a great way to mimic those workouts, but in an an indoor setting. The TRX suspension trainer can be used outdoors, but it may not be quite as enjoyable with rain falling and your equipment getting wet. Here is a great YouTube Video that we did on a  Chest and Triceps workout using this specific piece of equipment. It is a short video, but it gets to the point on how to do the exercise, with a great view of what we want the form to look like.
