Personal Training: Do You TRX?
If you have not tried the TRX suspension trainer, then this is something that you should incorporate into your current fitness training program. A lot of personal trainers use this with their clients because it uses your own body weight, but it can be modified from easy to very challenging! In addition, it really helps spice up the workouts, especially if you need to change up the program or need to start doing stability type of work. The TRX suspension trainer can do all of this and more.The one thing is don't fall into the trap of doing a lot of your workouts solely on this piece of equipment. This is a great addition to your workout arsenal, so use it as a tool to help break through fitness plataus or to provide a burnout exercises for what ever body part (s) you are working that day. Also, you can do a lot of interval and HIIT type of training with the TRX so have a ton of fun with this piece of exercise equipment.
