The biggest challenge for most individuals is not just sticking to a fitness, diet or exercise routine, but it comes down to one major component, and that is consistency! We don't know how many times we tell existing and prospective clients this, but this is the one simple variable that will make or break you from getting excellent results with your personal trainer Portland professional. It is okay to have a cheat day once in awhile, but you do not want to cheat every day, because that will defeat the purpose of what your ultimate goals are.
