Personal Trainer Portland Oregon | The Power of Choice & Fitness

In my last post I wrote about how saying you have no time is one of the lamest excuses you can make for not improving your health. Well, all of these decisions are based on the power of choice. If choose not to exercise, if choose not to take care of your health, and you choose to use the same excuses, then the results that you generate should not shock you. What I am trying to get at is saying that if you have no time or you just can't fit that in your schedule is that you have chosen not to make it a  priority. You know what, that is totally okay. If that is your decision based on the choice you made and you are clear with the consequences, then  you are free to go. Why, because you have made a decision based on choice and you are aware of that (most people are not). If you really want to change  your lifestyle, or want to make time to exercise, then state that it is important to you. If you are just starting a family and your significant other is hesitant about you going to workout, then let them know how much it means to you to have time for yourself.Remember, you generate all of the results that are right in front of you. If you have gained a certain amount of weight and you don't like it, then change it. If you can't get rid of the post pregnancy weight, then do something about it. Don't complain about it or tell others for justification, just do something about it. Taking action is better than just sitting around doing nothing. Remember, "If Not Now, Then When".Good luck and take that first step! Thanks,Kisar DhillonThe Portland Personal TrainerThe Art of Personal Training by Kisar Dhillon107 SE Washington Street, Suite 137Portland, Oregon 97214(503) 953-0241
