Personal Trainer Portland Or | Clients who have HIV, Asthma and MS

When it comes to exercise, fitness and well-being, all of us need to be above par. This is extremely important when someone has a virus or a condition that affects their immune system. When it comes to a person having HIV, it is vital that they do their best to keep their mind, body and overall health in the best condition as they can. Having experience working with clients who have HIV, they know it is a priority that they keep their immune systems in tip top shape. The reason I mention asthma in this scenario is because when someone who is born with asthma and it stays with them for life, they know that the better in physical shape they are, when they get sick, the scenario is going to be lessened versus the opposite. It is double edged sword in the way that a person who has HIV or Asthma, they cannot stop exercising or give up on their health, because if they do, it will create unhealthy consequences (more frequent colds, etc)I was training a person who has MS for about a year before I had to move. The reason she hired me was to keep as much of her mobility as possible. She knew and so did I, that eventually her mobility, breathing and a lot of her other functions were going to decline, but I was there to help slow that process down, and I was thankful that she called me for that.Regardless of what conditions a client has, we are there to get them in the best of shape as possible. If they have HIV, MS, Asthma  CVD, etc., it doesn't matter! We want everyone to have better health regardless of what they have.Thank You,Kisar S.
