Losing those love handles comes down to three basic principles: watching your food intake, increase your cardiorespiratory exercise and start a resistance training program. I am not saying that you have to completely be on a crazy diet, just eat in moderation! You can have tasty food, just do not eat the whole thing. A great way is to have a nice dinner salad filled with colorful vegetables, leafy greens and just a bit of dressing to give it some zest. Once you finish that, you can then eat your entree.
