The next time you are thinking about eating or snacking, ask yourself if you are actually hungry. One of the signs of dehydration is in the form of wanting to eat or a sense of being hungry. Before you gorge on something because you just want to eat, drink a glass of water and then wait 15 to 20 minutes . If that feeling goes away, then you know that you just needed to give your body the best liquid on earth, water.
