Personal Trainer | Kisar Dhillon | Working out after a long break

A lot of individuals are going to be going to they gym this week and just be cautious with your body. I just got done talking to a friend who decided to start working out three days per week for their yearly goal and they already tweaked their lower back because they went to strenuous when doing the leg press.  Even if you are in great shape and you take a small hiatus, don't go all out your first few days back.
