Personal Trainer | Kisar Dhillon | What kind of fast food can you eat?
If a trainer is going to tell their client they cannot have fast food, then they are setting their clients up for failure. Unless you have to be ripped for a certain photo shoot or you are auditioning for a spot, having a cheeseburger with fries once in awhile is not going to take away from that sick pack. Now if this becomes an every day occurrence, then we will be heading towards some issues. If you are constantly on the go, a lot of fast food chains are offering healthier options. For breakfast at some of the chains you can get egg whites, for lunch their are turkey burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches on wheat buns. For dinner, there are healthier chicken options, but you can always go back to a grilled chicken sandwich on wheat with a little of barbecue sauce, but make sure you have lettuce and tomatoes to fill you up. You need to get creative if you are always on the run. One great place that you can get a great six inch veggie sandwich on wheat is Subway. Subway has some great options for the individual who eats healthy, but is just too busy on the road to go home for lunch.Thanks,Kisar S.
