Personal Trainer: Don't make fitness excuses, they don't work!

I have been in the fitness industry for over 16 years and I think I have heard almost every excuse by a client, a gym member and prospects, and none of them serve any purpose. If excuses always provided positive results, then all of us would use them, but in reality they do not. I just got done reading this article in the Wall Street Journal called "The 27 Rules of Conquering the Gym" and it is pretty funny.
