October 11th, 2010I will be measuring, weighing and calculating my body fat percentage this week. I have approximately 27 days to reach my goal of staying in the single digit body fat range and getting more lean. The reason I am doing this is because I want to take new pictures for my website, do new YouTube videos and start promoting myself, Kisar. I have two girls that are going to be helping me with my PR and they are Ting Ting & Tequilla and I am excited to see what is going to happen for the rest of this year. On the Food Note, I am still eating pretty healthy. Last night I went to a birthday party and they had all the awesome pasta dishes and cheesy bread, but all I had was 2.5 plates of tasty salad, diet soda & water. I am craving some french fries and after my photo day I am going to be eating a stuff crust pizza from Pizza Hut. Talk with you soon - Kisar
