Portland Personal Trainer | Kisar's End of the Week Summary!

Well, it is October and I have exactly 30 days to complete my goal of getting completely ripped/shredded/defined and get some photos taken of me for my website, videos, etc. My food is going to get a lot more clean and my carbohydrate intake is going to be a lot less after 5pm everyday. In addition, I am cutting back tremendously on my sodium intake. Even though I love salt, especially on French fries (mmh), I need to stay the course and complete my goal.  I am going to keep my weight training up at least 3 times per week, tennis 2-3 times per week and cardio at least 3 -4 times per week.Thanks,Kisar
