September 27. 2010Not that I am winding down my food plan, I have one month to go so I can take some pictures for my website. My goal is to get even more lean, but that means I need to get even more strict with my food intake. I need to decrease my salt intake, don't eat too many carbs at night and increase my cardio exercise. I did my measurements today and my waist is at a 29.5" and my body fat is 10.2%. I am thinking with these small alterations in my food plan, I can get a little below 10% and start getting even more lean.Thanks,Kisar
