Tuesday September 21st, 2010My food has been pretty good lately. Even though I had a challenging time over the weekend because I was out of town, I was still able to maintain some what of a decent food plan. My working out has been very good. I was working out 9 times per week for three weeks straight, but I felt my body getting really tired. Basically, I was getting burned out because my body was just being beaten up by the intense workouts I was doing. I am cutting back a little bit so I can give my joints some time to recovery, but I am still working out a minimum of five times per week. I am doing my best to reach my goal to take new pictures for my website by the end of October, so I am sticking to my food plan. Thanks - Kisar
