Portland Personal Trainer | Just Kisar

This week was pretty busy with training and building up for my first singles tennis tournament at the Newport Beach Tennis Club. It was a lot of fun and I am officially a 4.5 singles player. My next goal will be to work towards becoming a 5.0 player and that is going to take some serious playing and consistency.My food for the week was pretty good. I am craving cheese right now and I just want to bite into a mouth watering 1/2 cheese burger, but I am not eating that much red meat at this current time. I have gone over 60 days not eating red meat and the reason being is the calories it has and I can eat leaner meats such as chicken, turkey, fish and even some pork or lamb.My work outs have been pretty good, but I do have to say that I sort of crashed on my intense max interval training. I just got a little burned out, so I decided to get some clients to do it with me to keep all of us motivated. They are seeing how hard I exercise on those days, and they like to see that I walk the walk and talk the talk. I think more trainers should do this once in awhile because it can be a lot of fun.Thanks,Kisar
