How To Burn More Calories

If you are looking for ways to burn more calories at your fitness facility or gym, then start doing movements that involve your leg muscles. For the days that you are doing cardio or aerobic training, you want to make sure that you involve your legs as much as possible, and that is why taking group fitness classes, running or doing the stair climber always burn the most amount of calories.Your legs consist of the largest muscles in the body, so when you are challenging them during exercise, your heart has to pump harder in order to deliver oxygen to those muscles that are working.If you are lifting weights, then you will want to start doing combination exercises that involve multpile movements. For example, if you are going to be working your shoulders and arms, then you may want to involve the legs into this exercise too. Rather than doing just a shoulder press and then doing an exercise for your biceps, I want you combine the squat, biceps curl and shoulder press all into one smooth movement. So you will perform a squat and when you are coming up you are immediately going into a biceps curl, and then into a shoulder press.
