Portland Personal Trainer | You Already Failed At Your New Years Resolution!

This is not a shocker! So many people fail at New Year's Resolutions for one simple reason, they did not prepare! I would always ask all of my clients some words of wisdom about how to make me better at business and life, and one told me, "Plan The Work and Work The Plan". Kisar, if you can just follow this simple rule, you will be amazed on what you can accomplish, especially when you put your mind to it. He further explained that so many people shoot from the hip, and of course they miss their target goal!It makes such perfect sense, but why do so many people know that they have to plan, but they do not? It is all about the instant gratification  and the mentality that if I throw a bunch of stuff on the wall, something is eventually going to stick. From what I have learned from all of my clients, especially the ones that are really successful, plan your work. Even putting a small outline on paper on what you need to do to make it happen is a great start and most people do not even do that.I am a strong proponent of hiring or outsourcing. If you are not good at something but it is crucial either in your life or with business, then hire someone who can help you be better. Hire someone who can make you get to that next level, regardless of what it is going to take. The best rule that I now follow is just because it is cheap, does not mean it is the best option. Just because they are giving you a great discount, does not mean you are going to get amazing service. The saying, "You get what you pay for" is TRUE! You do not see attorneys advertising on discount service sites, because you will get what you pay for. You do not see medical surgeries or car dealerships doing specials on these discount sites that have to sell a certain number to be unlocked, because they will lose money, and you will not get the best products or services for that little of money. What I am trying to say is if you know you always fail at specific New Year's Resolutions, but you still want to accomplish that one specific goal, then find a person, company or service that will help you achieve it.Thank You For Reading and Good Luck,Kisar S.
