When it comes to weight training for men, the main important element they need to consider is not to over train one specific body part. Like I have said in previous posts, the chest muscle is the one body parts that we as males seem to focus on.  You need to look at the body as a system and work it out evenly and don't forget to  include the legs. Remember, power comes from the ground up, not from the top down. An example of a workout routine would be to train your Chest, Biceps, Abs & Calves one day, back, triceps, abs the second day, and on day three do your legs & shoulders. This gives your body a chance to work the muscles efficiently and utilize as much of that muscle as possible by working different muscle groups.
