Portland Personal Trainer | Day 64, 65, 66 & 67 | Kisar's Food Plan!

My food plan has been very consistent throughout this week. Since this is the start of October, I have cut out 95% of my salt, not eating carbohydrates after 5pm and I am drinking a ton of water. The types of carbohydrates I am eating come from fresh fruit, vegetables, wheat dry toast, Greek Yogurt & brown rice tortillas. I have one more small container left of low fat cottage cheese, but after that I am going to switch to a lower sodium cheese type substitute. I almost to my goal of single digit body fat and pretty defined body, so I want to keep moving forward towards my goal.Tomorrow (Saturday) I will give you a detailed description of my food plan that is going to be taken to the next level.Thanks,Kisar
