Monday September 20, 20108:30am - Banana with Water, Coffee10:00am - Handful of Cashews (salted) & a coffee11:45am - Bowl of Oatmeal with Bananas and Almonds1:20pm - Small bowl of Greek Yogurt with Blueberries345:pm - Recovery Drink (4:1)4:45pm - Small Bowl of Brown Rice Enchilada leftover from the night before6:00pm- Cottage Cheese with Blueberries8pm - 1/2 Brown Rice Tortilla with 2 TBSP of Cottage Cheese8:30pm - Turkey Burger on Wheat Bun with Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato and Vegetables (little bit of ranch for them) and a water.
