Saturday September 18th, 2010This was a cheat day because I went to Las Vegas. I really didn't go too crazy, but I wasn't eating as frequent as I have been.530am - Vente Non-Fat Latte with one Equal and a Banana8:30am - Wheat Scone (home made)11am - Breakfast Burrito - Only had the egg, not tortilla and a water4pm - Vegetable Quesadilla with Diet CokeReally did not drink in Vegas. Had a few sips of wine, but that was it.830pm - Yogurt Parfait and a Water9pm - Had some fries with cheese (those tasted very good).
