Weds, Thurs, Friday - Food PlanI basically cooked a lot of the same food for this week because I was pretty slammed with my schedule:630am - : Banana w/water645am - Coffee w/splenda730am - Cottage cheese with a Roma Tomato9:30am - Lite Bar from Trader Joe's12pm - 4 Egg Whites with lite cheese and a brown rice tortilla & water3pm - Brown Rice Crisp with Almonds (just like rice crispies, but brown rice)5pm - Raspberries with almonds and a little bit of Greek Yogurt830pm - Steamed Vegetables and a chicken breast with a small side of cottage cheese and a few almonds with Water
