Sunday September 12, 2010*Okay, back on track with my writing!845am - Glass of Water9:15am - Greek Yogurt with Strawberries, Almonds & a 1/4cup of brown rice crisp (organic, no salt) with a water10:00am - 1.5 cups of coffee with Stevia sweetener.11:00am - Few bites of fresh rotisserie chicken.12:30pm- Red Quinoa Salad & Chick Pea Salad, tbsp of Greek Yogurt and a brown rice tortilla with water3:33pm - 1 Banana w/water6pm - Recover Drink (4 to 1 ratio)730pm - few walnuts750pm - 2 bowls of fresh chicken soup and 1/2 brown rice tortilla10pm - 1 Lite Bar from Trader Joe's w/water
