Thursday September 2nd, 20106am - Bottle of Water615am - Banana w/water630am - 1 cup of coffee w/splenda815am - 1 cup of coffee/splenda900am - 3 heaping teaspoons of cottage cheese, blueberries & strawberries w/water1030am -  1 bowl of oatmeal w/scoop of protein & almonds w/water1:30pm - Egg White Omelet w/lite cheese &  w/salt & pepper for taste with a Brown Rice Tortilla & Water345pm - Cottage Cheese (lite) w/blueberries & strawberries & water4pm - Handful of mixed of nuts w/berries, etc.6pm - Arnold Palmer Drink & a water8pm - Tortilla Soup & 2 small open face mini bruschetta w/mozzarella & thin slice of beef w/soda water lemonade mix.Also, had a few homemade sweet potatoes fries (couldn't resist those tasty morsels:)
