Small little cup of low fat cottage cheese and tomatoes and 1 brown rice tortilla w/water.6:20pm - Cottage Cheese w/tomatoes (small cup) w/soda water & lemonade mixed.8:30pm - 3 Egg White Omelet w/mushrooms, black olives & avocado & 2 slices of dry toasted wheat bread & 2 soda water/lemonade drinks.
