Wednesday August 25, 2010Back from vacation - and back on track!6am - glass of water7am - 1 piece of dry wheat toast with 3 egg whites (salt/pepper)8am - Coffee w/little bit of splenda915am - Plain Yogurt with raw almonds and a water11:30am - Protein Shake with protein powder, raw oatmeal, 1/4 yam & water33opm  - 1 piece of dry wheat toast, 3 egg whites & water430pm - 1 String cheese & water530pm - 1 piece of dry wheat toast, 3 egg whites & water8:45pm - Hummus w/vegetables, Halibut w/hummus, pancetta and celery - 2 glasses of water
