Tuesday August 24th, 20109am - 1 cup of coffee with a 1/4 packet of splenda (trying to cut down)10am - 4 tbsp of Greek yogurt w/organic honey, blueberries, 4 strawberries, cantaloupe, and handful of walnuts w/water1pm - Salmon BLT on Focaccia bread and fries (cheated)3pm - Organic Hot Tea w/equal and non fat milk5pm - 1/4 bowl of clam chowder, Swordfish with wild rice & broccoli and a water.930pm - Plain yogurt w/walnuts & a little bit of honey and water
