8:30am - Coffee w/a little bit of splenda (trying to cut down)10am - 5 egg whites & 1 yolk, 1/2 slice of white cheese, 2 pieces of nutty wheat organic bread, 2 glasses of water12:20pm - 2 pieces of wheat organic bread, 2 tbsp of hummus, 3 slices of tomatoes, 3 small slices of pickles, handful of Doritos, Beets and Water430pm - Nap time5pm - had some mixed nuts7pm - BBQ pulled pork, cole slaw, beets, 1.5 wheat buns, beans, 3 glasses of water830pm - Desert - blueberry/peach crunchAs you can tell, I was on vacation so I indulged a little, but I was still eating relatively healthy and staying active by playing tennis, etc.
