6:15am - Water, Coffee6:30am - Plain Yogurt, Blueberries, pineapple, grapes & kiwi8:15am - Banana w/Water8:30am - Coffee10:30am - Egg Whites, Piece of Wheat Bread, Fruit & Water12:30pm - Plain Oatmeal, 1 Scoop of Protein Powder, Handful of Almonds & Water3:30pm - Water, mixed nuts & a small piece of dried mango (too much sugar)5:15pm - Half bowl of plain oatmeal, protein powder, Almonds & water8:30pm - Tortilla Soup, Mixed Green Salad (too much dressing) and a small piece of a hamburger & Cranberry/Soda Water and WaterThis was not a good decision because it really did not match my food plan and it did not agree with me. It is a good thing that my body can not handle that much fat, but it did taste good.
